Information we collect
When you register or place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and GST details where applicable. When you browse the storefront without an account, we collect standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site secure and working correctly.
How we use your information
- To process and deliver orders, and to issue GST-compliant invoices.
- To verify dental lab, dealer and dentist accounts before granting portal access.
- To send order updates, delivery notifications and, where you've opted in, product and offer emails.
- To respond to support requests and resolve payment or delivery issues.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting record-keeping obligations.
Payment information
Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we do not store your full card number on our servers. Cash-on-delivery orders are settled directly with our delivery partner.
Sharing your information
We share order details with the dental lab or dealer fulfilling your order, and with delivery partners for the sole purpose of completing delivery. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your choices
You can review and update your account details at any time from your dashboard, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email, and request deletion of your account by contacting us at the email address below.
