Shipping Policy

This policy covers how orders placed on Dental Shelf are shipped across India.

Delivery timelines

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation and delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Estimated delivery dates, where available, are shown at checkout and on your order confirmation.

Shipping charges

We currently offer free shipping on orders above the threshold shown at checkout (₹2,000 by default); a flat shipping fee applies to orders below that. The exact shipping charge for your order, if any, is always shown before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, its status moves through Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered, visible from your dashboard's Orders section. You'll be notified at key stages if notifications are enabled on your account.

Multi-item orders

If your order includes products from more than one dental lab or dealer, items may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

Delivery issues

If a delivery is delayed, damaged in transit, or doesn't arrive, please raise a support request with your order number as soon as possible so we can investigate with our delivery partner.
