These terms govern your use of dentalshelf.in, operated by SpreadingSmiles India (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. ("Dental Shelf", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

Accounts

Dental labs, dealers and dentists register through their respective portals; dental lab and dealer accounts are reviewed and approved before access is granted. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Orders and pricing

Prices shown are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before an order is confirmed, and to cancel an order if a product is out of stock after it was placed, with a full refund for any amount already paid.

Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (which may include cash on delivery, UPI and card payments, depending on what's enabled). Orders are confirmed only once payment is authorised, or immediately for cash-on-delivery orders.

Product listings

Products are listed by the dental lab or brand associated with each item. While we work with our sellers to keep listings accurate, product images are for reference and packaging or minor specifications may vary from what's shown.

Limitation of liability

Dental Shelf acts as a marketplace connecting dental labs, dealers and dentists. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where SpreadingSmiles India (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is registered.
